About Native Ideals Seed Company

Established in 2008, our farm is located in the beautiful Jocko Valley of western Montana. Our vision is to create an agricultural setting that is both economically and environmentally sustainable while maintaining the vanishing agricultural character of western Montana.  By focusing on xeric species, we believe our products will only become more relevant as water becomes increasingly scarce over the next century and more people are drawing on this finite resource.

All of our seed is grown and collected on our farm in the Jocko Valley of western Montana.  Our wildflower fields were established using seed that was collected ethically from local source populations.  By using local ecotypes to establish our fields, we are providing the most appropriate and adapted product for your restoration or landscaping needs while reducing pressure on wild plant populations.
